DIPLOMATIC ECHOES FELLOWSHIP (DEF)
This Program is aimed at mentoring and training Young men and Women to be Leaders who challenge the status Quo in their communities to build a better future. Through this program we equip these extra ordinary Change makers with the capacity to positively transform society and make it a better place. We’re building a pipeline of leaders who understand what it takes to create change in our complex, interconnected world. Our Fellows Program is a one-year leadership development program designed to connect and cultivate a pipeline of social changemakers who are committed to tackling poverty and injustice in their communities.
THE BETTER SOCIETY READINGS (TBSR)
One of the key aspects of being an Echoes Fellow is the training program we are developing. Constantly evolving over time, one of the core elements of the training is a seminar called Better Society. Fellows spend time reading and discussing the theories of great thinkers, such as Plato, King, and Mandela on how to create a ‘Better’ society. The sessions seek to provide Echoes Fellows with the chance to think broadly about the historical and moral traditions of social change work. The program will enable the young men and women to fully understand what it takes to create a better society and most importantly to embrace working for a societal cause as opposed to an individual cause

YOUTH ACTION FOR CLIMATE CHANGE
Sustainable development has a tendency to strike a balance between the demands of economic development and the need for management of environmental processes. Environment takes into consideration all conditions required for the survival of corporate sectors. Absence of environmental consideration causes serious ecological damage. Poverty, lack of resources, population pressure and global inequity of the resource use are generating unparalleled social and environmental problems at national and global levels. Through this program we indulge young people in the process of securing the future of the world
YOUTH ACTION FOR HEALTH CARE
The Youth Action for Health Care program is designed with focus on achieving equity in health through enabling people to increase control over, and to improve their health. The program through its approaches of medical camps, behavior change, Hikes for health, empowerment and social change, aims at engaging and empowering individuals and communities to choose healthy behaviors, reducing differences in current health status and ensuring equal opportunities and resources to enable all people to achieve their fullest health potential, raise health awareness and encourage safety and reduce accidents.
